First time customer here and what can I say? My experience was absolutely phenomenal. I was greeted by a young lady named Makayla who greeted me with a smile from start to finish. I appreciate how attentive and how much patience she had with me for it being my first time here. She helped me pick out an affordable car wash and I can never be more grateful. I left the car wash with the biggest smile on my face and my car looking spotless. I’ll definitely be back because of that young lady and how clean my car was at an affordable price!!

I had an excellent experience at Sparkle Express Car Wash! The wash did an amazing job. My car came out looking spotless, shiny, and cleaner than it has in a long time. It removed all the dirt and grime, and I was really impressed with the quality of the wash. I also want to give a shoutout to Makayla. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure I had everything I needed, and provided outstanding customer service with a smile. Employees like Makayla make a great experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Sparkle Express Car Wash to anyone looking for a quality car wash and exceptional customer service!

I had a great experience at Sparkle car wash today. Jacob, the manager, was attentive and genuinely cared about making sure my truck was cleaned properly. After the initial wash, I noticed there were still a few bugs on the windshield and front bumper. When I brought it to his attention, he immediately had me go through the wash again and made sure everything was taken care of. The young lady working alongside him was also very friendly, polite, and professional. Both of them went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the service and checked to see if there was anything else I needed. Any concern I mentioned was addressed right away without hesitation. I appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this car wash to anyone looking for quality service and a team that truly cares about their customers.

WARNING - DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP HERE! During my visit in March I was greeted by an employee at the gate (a manager) who was helping customers reach the kiosk to make payments etc. He took my debit card and asked me which car wash I wanted. I told him just the basic wash is fine. He proceeded to ask me to agree to a membership, stating they were running a special. I initially declined, but he (still holding my debit card and not lifting the gate for me) insisted I should agree to it even stating "you can cancel any time you want on the website" I reluctantly agreed because I wanted him to stop hounding me and give me my card back so I could be on my way. I attempted 8 times to cancel my membership on the website, but was still charged the next month. I then sent 3 different emails on 4/14, 4/18 & 4/20 regarding my request to cancel and the unauthorized charge. I never received a response to any of those emails. I then called the store on 4/20 and spoke to an employee who claims she canceled my membership, but Sparkle Express has continued to charge my card again today on 5/20/26. I've repeatedly called the business and get voicemail every time, but cannot leave a voicemail

Member here! The staff is always polite and will go out of their way to give you a great experience. We’ve been spraying down mats and scrubbing by hand when they came over and offered to power wash them instead of making us use a little elbow grease! They keep the place clean for their location, and try to make sure everything is working properly. Jacob and Anthony are especially helpful, and deserve to be commemorated for their hard work. They answer all the questions and concerns we have no matter the day! Thank you for making this membership worth the money, time, and experience! We truly appreciate your hard work!
